Mild SoapMild soaps do not contain any harsh ingredients and are not
irritating to the skin. Mild soaps can be bought in most food, drug, and health
food stores. Use a soap that does not contain artificial fragrance. Mild soaps usually contain ingredients that soothe and refresh your
skin, such as: - Witch hazel or aloe vera.
- Vegetable
and herbal oils such as evening primrose oil, olive oil, or coconut
oil.
- Chamomile and lavender.
- Rosemary and
peppermint.
Some people can become sensitive to the ingredients in mild
soaps. Read the labels on
products and look for the terms oil-free, hypoallergenic, and
